Cryptobase s.r.l.'s primary mission has been the development of solutions to protect an individual's privacy and to guarantee data security. This also represents our guiding principle when collecting user's info. Therefore, we do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information through the SOFTWARE or through our Website.
When you create a cloud server account to backup and sync your database, you need to sign up with an email address and a password. These credentials are the only data we collect when setting up your account.
When you need to download the database from cloud to a new device or restore it in case of hardware failure, a security code will be sent to your email address. The security code allows us to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the database.
Payment procedures are provided by third party services (Paypal etc.) that may collect necessary personal information for processing payments.

Computer Information Collected

When you use our Website, we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our Website. Such information is typically considered Non Personal Information.
