- Click the [CREDIT] or [DEBIT] button to set or change the type of transaction. The chosen alternative appears enlarged.
- Enter the Amount and the Description
- Select a Category from the dropdown list
- Mark the transaction as Private if you want to treat separately and hide it when the Hide Private Records method is activated.
- Optionally, complete by selecting the Payment method, entering the Business Partner and/or comments in the Notes box.
- Adjust the Date if necessary (the default date is today).
- Click the button.
